The presentation will discuss and illustrate estate planning techniques that involve prenuptial and postnuptial financial planning, intra-family and other business transfer techniques, planning for divorce, unmarried cohabitation, and other special circumstances.

Learning Objectives:

Understanding: Explain the effective use of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements in estate, financial, and marital planning;
Analyzing: Identify and evaluate common areas of conflict; and
Creating: Recommend language and construct a plan that will mitigate potential risk and provide a plan of advantage for the clients and their heirs.
