Health Care Advance Directives –
A Case Study and Discussion of the Who, What, When, Why and How

Join us for a panel discussion of health care advance directives presented from three different perspectives – the attorney who prepares these documents for clients, the fiduciary who acts in the role of health care agent, and the hospital to which the directives are presented. At the conclusion of the meeting, attendees will have a more comprehensive understanding of these documents so that they are better equipped to counsel their clients on these important matters.
