Family members and professional advocates alike often encounter seniors who adamantly refuse the introduction of supportive services or environments, even when they are miserable with the way things are.  This presentation examines what it might be like to be a senior, what they might hear when we talk to them about interventions, and how we can overcome their many objections to help by better understanding the mindset of a senior facing age-related decline.
