Want to learn the differences between asset protection and estate planning? Can you recognize a client’s need to know or need to engage in asset protection? While estate planning is recommended for all, asset protection will be useful only to some and based upon a differing set of criteria. Hear Bill Ensing, Buckley Fine, LLC discuss various client circumstances and address why some plans succeed, and others fail.
