Join us on Tuesday, September 19, for our breakfast meeting, Pay Me Now or Pay Me Later, presented by Natalie Perry, Partner, Harrison LL, and Rebecca Wallenfelsz, Partner, Chapman and Cutler LLP. In this session, we will discuss the pros and cons of relying on pay-on-death beneficiary designations and the impact on creditors of asset dispositions using POD accounts. We will also discuss alternatives to relying on POD designations and best practices with POD accounts.
