Join us on September 16 for an in-depth CLE/CFP session designed to equip attorneys and financial advisors with strategies and tools for effective wealth transfer as we prepare for the “Great Wealth Transfer” from the Boomers to their heirs. This presentation will cover innovative approaches to estate planning, tax-efficient strategies, and the evolving landscape of generational wealth management. The meeting will also touch on some infamous cases of when this planning (or lack thereof) went wrong. Learn from expert speakers as they break down best practices, legal nuances, and emerging trends to help you better serve your clients in an increasingly complex environment.

Learning Objectives (advanced level of complexity)
After attending this meeting, attendees will be able to do the following:

  • Understand: Explain and apply the use of tax-planning and gifting estate planning tools and complex trusts to allow for wealth transfer to the next generation, while also exploring the tax implications.
  • Analyze: Discuss and explore trending wealth management tools and strategies to help transfer wealth from generation to generation while evaluating and creating options for maximizing wealth growth.
  • Apply: Review of famous case studies in which wealth transfer was at issue, and compare the circumstances that led to these “wealth transfers gone wrong.

TARGET AUDIENCE: Estate planning attorneys, financial advisors, and financial planners, with moderate to advanced experience (3+ years).
